Over two years have passed since the start of the pandemic, but its effects are still being felt throughout the insurance industry.  Our panel will discuss the common themes and arguments in COVID-19 coverage litigation—including business interruption and D&O issues.  Our panelists will also provide a “scorecard” of holdings in the US as well as abroad, including cases that address loss of use vs. physical damage and enforceability of virus exclusions.  The possible impacts of the litigation on the market overall will also be touched on.
