The discussion will provide updates on the latest cases and will take a look at various types of claims from emerging and emerged issues that could impact valuation of runoff blocks. From “long" tail claims such as sexual abuse and asbestos, to “middle” areas such as PFAS and climate change, to “shorter" tail issues such as COVID-19 and cyber.
